The future of GCAB

My aim is for GCAB is to be the first place people think of when they are talking about knowledge, help, advice and support for VIPs in Gloucestershire.

The Trustees can help this aim by:

• Making our services as accessible as possible throughout the County
• Raising the profile in the local community
• Partnership working where appropriate
• Reflecting and identifying needs
• Expanding the services we offer to VIPs
• Being imaginative and flexible in our approach
• Supporting our staff & volunteers in their roles
• Making best use of our financial resources

I hope GCAB is still flourishing in 5 years time and continues to be an organisation we can be proud of.
