Every day GCAB supports and advises people who are registered blind or partially sighted and people who have a significant sight loss, which affects their everyday lives.
Your donation to GCAB would be most highly valued - helping blind and partially sighted people lead a fuller and happier life.

4. Text donations
JustTextGiving is the UK's first free text donation service. The service from Vodafone, offers the charities the chance to benefit from the speed and spontaneity of text donation with no set up or running costs and no network charges for people making donations.

Where does you donation go?
A standing order of just £2 per month will help us run our social clubs throughout the County for blind and partially sighted people.
This would pay for a visually impaired person to have a specialist computer lesson
This contributes towards the costs of one of our visiting advisors to attend a home visit and carry out an initial assessment, helping with a benefit application if required.
this would cover the expenses paid to a volunteer for visiting a visually impaired person in their own home
This will enable us to supply a second hand CCTV, allowing a visually impaired person the independence to read their own post.
